LV Resort and Spa is an accommodation project in Şile/İstanbul. Approximately 10.000 m2 land actually consists of 2 separate parts. There are housing and tourism rights and it has undergone changes many times due to various bureaucratic reasons. LV Resort, in which I was also involved in the land development process; It has emerged at the end of a very long process that the development plans of the region were changed with the application of the 18th article, and the structure system had to be dismountable due to the coast/side line. During my first job, I prepared license projects based on a ready concept project. Then, in the period when I got the second job, as a project manager; I held meetings with the municipality and the owners, changed the concept studies and made the project more feasible due to the difficult topography. It is currently waiting the licensing.
